Course Content
You will leave this workshop with a sound understanding of using your style to enhance your professional reputation, relationships, and career aspirations.
Duration: 21 hrs Classroom Training and Practical workshop
Fee: $480 / per participant (Inc Lunch and refreshment)
Instructional Methodology: Experience learning, Cooperative learning, Reflection in/on action and Scenario-based learning
Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this unit, participants will be able to apply them at the workplace, which includes:
1. Able to establish clients’ needs on chronic health conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
2. Able to prepare tools and equipment to
assist clients’ ADLs accordance with care plans.
3. Able to take the factors into consideration to carry out the ADLs in accordance with established organizational procedures.
4. Able to demonstrate and explain ways to take appropriate actions to ensure client’s privacy and dignity is protected.
5. Able to respond to emergencies and apply first-aider in according to organizational SOPs.
6. Able to dispose waste and make report on any abnormalities to supervisors in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
