It can also benefit the company, from reducing training costs to creating more effective, motivated employees. This course will cover how to begin on-the-job training for employees and how it can benefit the company and workforce.

• Determine the Keys point and skills standards
• Explain the learner(s) profiles
• Apply the areas for contextualization and logbook record
Demonstrate the Coaching Skills
• Classify the type of coaching skills
• Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate the effective questioning techniques apply to the coaching process
• Apply constructive feedback to assist learner(s) to learn
• Facilitate learner(s) to transfer learning through reflection learning
• Determine the OJT parameters and assessment plan
Prepare and Conduct Coaching and Mentoring
• Prepare for coaching session plan
• Prepare for the learner(s) and determine the desired outcome for the coaching activity
• Identify the specific characteristics and needs of the learner(s)
• Prepare pre-coaching and brief candidates on OJT coaching
• Establish relationships, build rapport and ease the candidates
• Conduct OJT coaching
• Evaluate job performance and provide constructive feedback to OJT trainee
• Prepare follow-up action
• Reflect on your own coaching
