Duration: 7 hrs workshop

Fee: $60 / per participant (Not inc Lunch and Venus)

Learning Outcome

AT the end of the session, you will be able to 

Explain the influence model and influence map to win support

Adapt your influencing styles to accommodate different situations and people 

Practice persuasive communication to address needs and minimize defensiveness

Work with people who have different communication styles from ours

Explain the passive and active way to influence Social marketing Explain the six principles of power that will help us persuade others. 

Describe the meaning of reciprocity, consistency, social proof, liking, authority, and scarcity.

Doing right by others is an excellent way to get others to do the same for you. This idea of reciprocity is a powerful one.

Make commitments to implement the principle of consistency and ensure there is a legitimate commitment to their words.

Take action to make all the difference and unlocks the power of social proof.

Paying compliments and being charming go a long way to building a positive rapport with others.

Make all diplomas, credentials, and awards visible in the office or workplace to establish self-background. 

To convey expertise through short anecdotes or background information shared in casual conversations.

Providing access to information, services, or other items to a limited set of people creates a sense of exclusiveness.
